We're well into the new year & I hope everyone is doing well! I'm finally able to get back to the gym after having surgery back in December. I'm going daily & it feels so good to have my routine back! I'm modifying when I need to (it's amazing how much strength you lose over a short period of time)! My plan is to do ST 3x a week & some form of cardio everyday (some days it's a walk). Spin class is my most favorite!
I'm done w/my daughter's quilt, so here's the finished product!
And my granddaughter just went to her very first Father & Daughter dance yesterday! Awwww, she's getting so big!
I'm doing well, my friends. Thanks for checking in on me when I was in recovery. You are all loved in this world! I'm sending positive thoughts to all my friends up north & hope that Spring will be upon you all soon! I know it's been a most difficult winter thus far & I pray that the snow is coming to an end! Think warm thoughts!
