Yesterday was not a good day nutritionally. I made poor choices all day. I also knew I was making poor choices, and continued to make more of them. In fact, I ate more fried food today then I have in the past 6 months. I don't even like fried food!
It's kind of like being a teenager again - "I don't care - I do what I want!" Or maybe like a 2 year old.
On a bright note - I still got my water in. Yep - the one Spark Streak that I stick to through thick and thin.
So here is the plan for this weekend. Yoga today and a walk. Tomorrow is a long run (6.5 to 7 miles). Grocery shopping and more food to pack lunch for work. Not packing lunch was a huge contributor to yesterday's downward spiral.
