True story:
There I am, comfortably situated in the break room, alone, for my 15 minutes of zenfulness.

Relaxation to the max is initiated...after all, I have the place all to myself...all others are busy out front...ahhhh, joyful release of the butt muscles in action...and then... I sense... a presence...behind me...and to the right...giggling...

Oh, hi there, Tanette. Please excuse me. I turn back trying to suppress an all out guffaw. emoticon(the name has been changed to protect the innocent bystander)

You KNOW what happened! Like that time you are in yoga class doing downward facing dog, totally relaxed in the pose and phhhhht, out comes that sound, out of your butt that's facing up... and into the air...for all to hear... emoticon

Oh well! emoticon

I choose...to make sure the break room is REALLY empty before I, well, you know emoticon

I choose...to laugh at those red faced moments emoticon

I choose...to remember, it's only temporary emoticon

Zenjoy, laugh, relax

I'm sure the other person has had the same thing happen. You should just shrug it off and go about your business. emoticon And yes, I've had exactly the same thing happen in one of my yoga classes.
