Well, now, except for the plank, I have to divide each exercise into two parts. Still my recovery time is good. I'm usually wiped out after completing the sit ups, then after a minute, I'm ready to do the crunches. They're the easiest. The leg raises could be easy too, but I do a little butt lift at the top to make them more challenging.

I'm up to 90 sit ups, 130 crunches, 52 leg raises, and a 150 second plank.

    Wow....you are representing the ole' ladies a heckuva lot better than some of us (me!) deserve. You're putting the 20 yr old starlets to shame! Your determination has burrowed home into your soul and it's is not slackin' off one inch.
