Well, now, except for the plank, I have to divide each exercise into two parts. Still my recovery time is good. I'm usually wiped out after completing the sit ups, then after a minute, I'm ready to do the crunches. They're the easiest. The leg raises could be easy too, but I do a little butt lift at the top to make them more challenging.
I'm up to 90 sit ups, 130 crunches, 52 leg raises, and a 150 second plank.
