Easy-peasy (delicious) recipes and pictures

Hello SparkFriends!

I've been trying some new recipes lately and I really wanted to share them with you. I hope you'll like them as much as I do.


Galettes minutes or patties in a minute
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of grated carrots
- 1 egg
- seasoning to taste
Mix it all and grill it a little. It made 12 patties, 60 calories each and the kids loved them, not even realizing there were carrots. I'm thinking about substituting them for another vegetable next time so that they get more variety.

Grill pizza
Since my new-found love for mug recipes, I've been trying various ones. However, I was kind of disappointed with the mug pizza I found on the web. So I decided to come up with my own version and it turned out to be amazing:
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp + 1tsp tomato sauce
- 1tsp oregano or Italian seasoning or Herbes de Provence
- some grated cheese
- a few black olives to add after cooking
Mix all the ingredients, pour on the grill and enjoy!


On that picture, you can also see the Chickpea Salad I made yesterday:
- 1 big can of chickpeas, drained (in France they are typically around 800g)
- 4 shallots
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Just blend everything together. I've even added some grated carrots and it's yummy!

Easy Black Bean Burger
This recipe comes from SparkPeople and was originally posted by Ilovemypeaches. I substituted the bread crumbs for quick oats, though.
- 1 cup of black beans
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of oats
- 1 clove of garlic
I used the S-blade of my food processor to mash the beans and then I added the rest of the ingredients and processed the whole thing. Then I just poured the mixture on... yes, you've guessed it: my grill again! I suppose I love that taste and ease of use right now!


Finally, the Stuffed Bellpeppers!
- 3 red bellpeppers
- 3 eggs
- 3 tomatoes
- seasoning to taste (I like garlic)
Cut the bellpeppers in two and get rid of the seeds. Blend the tomatoes with the eggs and seasoning before pouring the mixture in the bellpeppers' halves. Cook in the microwave on high for 15 minutes. I added a slice of goat cheese to make it even more tasty!
