I think I finally found my groove. I've settled into an about 1 lb per week pattern. I can handle that! My clothes are starting to fit better. I had to up my hand weights yesterday because the ones I was using weren't getting me to muscle exhaustion anymore. I'm learning to love water. Rarely have soda. I dusted my treadmill off and we are developing a love hate relationship lol. I'm down 7.2 lbs in about 3 weeks!! First goal ONEDERLAND!! Final goal 175 ish and to feel healthy and fit! I cant wait to run around with my kids this summer!!!
