Adios, Student loans.... It has been fun

Today I finally paid off all my student loans. emoticon

I guess February hasn't been all bad. I know I haven't been out of school that long. But I have been doing a ton of overtime trying to pay off my college debt. Loans are tricky. They tell you that you don't have to pay anything for years but it will accumulate a ton of interest.

I feel a giant weight lifted off my shoulders to have no student loans. The problem is that I have been working so hard on trying to pay them off that I am not quite sure what to do with myself now.

I guess, I really hope that I can work less now and have more time to focus on my weight and dieting....better yet, My Health. I feel I can tackle anything. I know I can. School. Nursing. Bypass surgery. Owning a home. Now to get my junk together and start exercising. I hate exercising but now I have no excuse.

Time to get the ball rolling.

I also struggle with the concept of 'exercise'. YUK!

One pleasant surprise I found is that going shopping is WALKING and that is 'exercise'. emoticon Who knew I could have FUN and get some activity points???

    I have a gym membership. I just hate going. I pretty much hate any form of exercise. I got the low card thing down. I just can't find any form of exercise that I find enjoyable. I like to swim but there is no where to go in the area and it's winter.

I know paying off the student loans is a huge burden off of you.

Before you lose momentum, think about filling in that time formerly used in working overtime with exercise. Don't do what I did and put it off. Take time now to take care of yourself.

Just do it.

  I hated exercise for years and then one day joined a gym for health reasons and found I love it. I hate the idea of the gym still, but the reality isn't bad. Perhaps give something you dislike another try? Likes and dislikes can change over time. :)

Start small with the exercise. I started out with 5 minutes a day, but 5 non-negotiable minutes. I still have my low points (like late October through late January, lol!), but I always get back on the horse now.
