SMART goal 6 week review:
SMART goal on tracking:
I was doing well for the first couple of weeks on tracking in my food journal, but have slowed down considerably! Time to refocus, and start again. I am NOT going to make my 80% of the time tracking for this 12 weeks. However, I am recommitting right now to track for the next 6 weeks for at least 75% of the time (30 total days)
As for exercising, I have been doing pretty well on getting at least 6 hours per week done. I have had to take it a little easier since my knees and back have been bothering me, but I am using my 90 day workout program (P90X/Insanity hybrid) when I am able. I would say that 80% of the time I have been able to get in at least 6 hours per week.
I am sticking with these 2 goals, and adding one goal to work on keeping stress to a minimum. When I stress, my weight goes in the WRONG direction! I need to find ways to help reduce stress due to the 'normal' emotional turmoil that life may bring my way! I am adding a link to remind me to use some of these techniques as needed.
