The Chronicles of the Melting Man
This is a weight loss journey page on Facebook, what I liked the best was the following:
"I am going to get ready to feed and walk the dog and then walking over to the gym to do 50 minutes of cardio on the bike to celebrate 50 days without soda!!!"
" How did you do this? I just can't seem to give this up and need to bad."
The Chronicles of the Melting Man responded:
"I prepped myself the whole month of December saying January 1 no soda. I replaced soda with a fruit water that is zero calories, has vitamins and has carbonation in it like soda. When I started my journey on January first I didn't give up everything at once so that helped. I am doing my journey in phases, which is really helping me this time around. Phase 1 was giving up soda, Phase 2 is the point counting and planning my meals and phase 3 is going to be combing 1 and 2 with exercise . Each phase gives me a month of mental prep so when the new month starts I am ready."
What a great plan!
