Yesterday wasn't bad. I was over my calorie count by about 75 calories. Normally I am under my calories when I "get started again", but this time I was a little over. I am going to take that as a sign that this time is different. I am not going to beat myself up over this like I usually do. My motto is going to be "Things were not perfect today, move on, don't sweat it."
Part of my problem is that I set my expectations so high and when things are not perfect I get stressed, when I get stressed I tend to mindlessly eat. This is true for most things in my life. That has to stop.
