I feel as though every other post Iím confessing my love of some kind of food. For this post, itís mashed potatoes. Who doesnít like mashed potatoes? In fact, if youíre looking for a delicious recipe, let me know and I can post it. Anyway, back to todayís post.
While mashed potatoes may be delicious, they are also very starchy. So, while I refuse to have anything but the real thing on holidays, we all know that you canít treat every day like a holiday and still keep your girlish figure. Or can you?
With this recipe, you can treat yourself to that mashed potato taste without the mashed potato thighs. So, go get a couple heads of cauliflower and get cooking! This is an indulgence you can have whenever you like.
