I am a sweet snacker and love to snack in the evening. The 8 hour diet has pretty much eliminated that. I'm working out harder and feeling just great. This way of eating makes u think about what you eat and when u eat it. I have to tell a little story about last night. I get off at 2:30 home by 3, then I workout, shower, do the laundry and housework, and start dinner. Last night I was running dinner late and I was worried I wouldn't have it finished by 6!!! Well I cant eat after 6 so I was sweating it. I got it all together and was eating at 5:38!! I MADE IT! I was so happy, Got all my stuff done and had a great dinner all in my 8 hour time frame. I just love this way of eating. Keep me on my toes!!
