Still very drossy from the medication but I am still tracking all my food consumption and water intake. I have been making my daily meal plans ahead of time so I make sure I stay in the calorie range. I got great sleep. now my goal for today is to go online and find some herbal remedies to boost my metabolism and digestive health.

    YES!!! The diet pills and stuff didn't work for me, but the natural stuff in herbs and vitamins do!
