Friday, February 21, 2014

So my 2 older kids will be back for the weekend and MIL is flying in to see my youngest play Bud Frump in How to Succeed in Business Without even trying and he does sort of look like this after we got his haircut
and I am to contribute cup cakes so I better get going. Last year I made shrek cupcakes but this year just simple ones.
And no I will not be eating any.
I have hit my Sunday goal already!!!!! so I will be wanting to maintain that.
This Sunday or next Monday I will be shopping for foods so that I can do the Eat to Live 6 week Challenge. I will be starting that either Tuesday or Wed. I am considering doing it 100% for the 6 weeks. I type that YES I am doing it 100%. Dive in!!! the water is filled with kale!

oh right! and btw I am joining the pool next week and bought my bigger bathing suit- kind of tight on the back fat but well it is a good reminder to swim that away!
And looking at the clock I must say emoticon and get back to my to do list.
Have a wonderful weekend Sparkies! emoticon

I like your idea of weekly or monthly weight goals. It is a great way to be sure that you are making the appropriate progress towards your goal. I will have to incorporate that into my program. Enjoy your day!!

    You go! Dive right in!

If your son looks something like the image above, you have a mighty handsome son. Have a great weekend with family and the play.
