Every morning when I wake up, I feel a little smaller! Is that crazy, or what? I see a lot more hanging skin, and feel a lot more bone. Or is it my imagination? I am trying to think positively, and since I said that I'm only going to weigh on the first of the month, I'm anxious! I actually pulled the scale out to the middle of the floor, and tapped it, but I didn't step on it. I thought to myself,"No, no, I just wait until the first" I'm going to stay on my plan, keep working out, and hopefully, I will have a substantial loss! Fingers crossed!
