Well I am slowly making progress. I had gone up to 153.2 over the weekend (from 149) and now I am down 1.4 lbs...putting me at 151.8. Still 2.8 lbs more than what I was before last weekend.

How come you can gain 4.2 lbs in one little weekend (this one was 3 days but still) and it does not seem possible to take that same amount off in the same amount of time.

I gained 4.2 lbs in 3 days and now 3 days later I have only managed to lose 1.4 lbs of the 4.2...arghhhhh!

Guess the only way to do that would be to completely starve myself and I guess I have already proven that I can't do that!

2.8 lbs to go to get back to 149. I'm aiming for Monday to hit that's to hoping that I can stay good over the weekend emoticon
