firstly, i know that i mentioned this in my status, but so grateful to twesten1 for sending me a box of quest bars! i love the encouragement and community that this site has created, it has honestly played a HUGE role in my weight loss.
breakfast - 1/2 an apple, 1/2 a plum, .5 tbsp of pb2 (haha i was food prepping my lunch and i got hungry...and ate part of it...). also a grande soy latte with 4 shots of espresso.
lunch - (apparently i was still hungry, because i ate my lunch at like 10 am haha). fruit and yogurt parfait with 100 cal greek yogurt, .5 cup of grapes, .5 cup of pineapple, 1/2 a plum, 1/2 an apple, 1.5 tbsp of pb2, cinnamon roll quest bar
snacks - ok...this is bad, but when a girl gets a shipment of quest bars, is she supposed to not eat one haha?!? i had a choc chip cookie dough quest bar w/ 4 tbsp of pb2 and .25 cup of kefir (protein-wise = good! fat-wise = good! carb-wise = bad :( 2 quest bar in a day-wise = bad :( )
dinner - another success at my fave mexican restaurant with my ladies...had a taco "bowl" (taco without the shell)...just lettuce, cabbage, pickled veggies, about 3 ounces of chicken, chopped tomatoes and a TON of salsa verde. also one glass of white wine.
water - 8 cups
exercise- 10,286 steps, 10 flights of stairs, 707 cals burned
no time for the gym today, but will hopefully get in a lunchtime walk if it isn't pouring!!!
