My ww lifetime member question is, if our weight fluctuates so much during the day, how do you avoid having to pay a rejoin and weekly fee if their scales show you a little heavier than you thought you were?...
So… as for me, I am still on my partial-spark-break but I thought I’d do a mid-break blog as I am so missing blogging regularly…
Today I realised I am now in the 25-49 pounds to lose bracket, and have 2.25 pounds to go before I’m in one-derland. I am so excited!
I have 3 weeks before I go on holiday for a week and when I get back I will start going to WeightWatchers meetings again, and start blogging each day.
My plan is to blog what I ate the previous day, and to see how long I can go without repeating a lunch or main meal (and stay within my weekly WeightWatchers points allowance of course!)
I also have some other goals:
Water – at least 3 pints each day
Attend a WeightWatchers meeting each week
Keep in weekly ww points limit
Walk on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (3 miles/day at first then 4 miles/day)
Longer walk on Saturdays (3 miles at first then add a mile each week)
Callanetics “10 yrs younger in 10 days” dvd once/wk to start, then on Tues & Thurs
Housework – an hour each weekday
Spring cleaning – an hour each weekday
Gardening – an hour each weekday
To Do list – an hour each weekday
Continue to read 3 chapters a day to get through the Bible in a year
Continue with the monthly Bible reading challenge (currently reading all 5 chapters of 1 John every day in February)
That lot should keep me busy.
Sparking is my reward/incentive – an hour on the above followed by 15 minutes sparking
Oh and... plan for church buffets... eat as close as possible to what I would normally have for lunch, and take dishes of rainbow coloured chopped peppers as my contribution.
Have a good weekend all!
