I am trying hard to minimize this down spell on this journey. I am not going for my 3 walks a day right now but I am still getting in 10,000 steps a day and walking 1 or 1 1/2 miles at night. I am not doing the videos right now but I am spending time tearing up my floor tile right now so I can put down new tile in a few rooms of the house. Have had a few more meals out but making sure I choose the lowest sodium, fat, and carb options on the menu. I am staying within range for calories and such but on the higher end of the calorie range but still burning more calories than taking in with BMR taken into consideration for calories burned in the day. I have not been drinking as much water but I have not stopped drinking water either. I will get back on track but right now I am in a slump. Even though I am slipping a bit I am working towards minimizing how far I fall during the slip.
