So ok, first blog entry, a couple days after I actually create the account. Typical me. Even after I start something, takes me a few days at least to actually get a move on it. So anyway,
Hello, I'm Chrys. Obviously not my birth name, a preferred neutral name. I am a 34 year old Trans* (genderfluid for those who need to know). I'm currently 315lbs, 5lbs above my all time high, which totally sucks giant toes. I am a gamer, love RPGs, Bethsoft, Bioware, 2k, rockstar. the like. I play only a few FPS, mostly zombie shootem ups like L4D. I like to draw and write, even if I totally uber suck at both (which I totally do. My drawing and writing skills are horrid!) Doesn't always stop me from doing it though.
I have a nice little list of mental and physical problems, bi-polar, ADD, Firbromyalgia, a few other things. And now one partly bum leg thanks to a run away tire off a rusted axle. shattered my lower leg, now i have a titanium rod and a few screws in there, a big dent in my leg which both luckily, and unluckily, I can't feel where they had to remove some of the meat because the part of my leg that got hit, 'died' I guess is the best way to put it. Unfixable. Called it something like a shearing injury where a chunk of it got 'sheared' away from the rest of it, and it couldn't heal so it just died. Not great at explaining stuff so if you didn't get that, oh well!
Not sure if it's Ironic, tragic, or cosmically hilarious in some morbid demented way, that the very day it happened was the last time i signed up for this site. May 3rd, morning I signed up and posted my first blog entry. About two hours later i was in a hospital bed with a shattered leg and a dislocated shoulder. talk about the pits and Sh!ts.
So long story short (too late!) I'm back to try again. Third time a charm right? (yeah may 3rd was my second go around. KNOCK ON WOOD!
My big problem is accountability. Telling me to be accountable for everything I do or don't do on a 'diet' is like telling ELMO to stay off the damnable coffee.. NOT LIKELY! But I need to, both for health. so I don't get winded walking the trash out, and so I can get some weight off my leg now that I will have to worry about that. Specially my knee that is now all fubard. So starting tomorrow seeing as today is pretty much over, I am going to try to document all food, dust off my wii and start using that to help strengthen my leg as well as get in some walking. Maybe add a few other things along with it.
Ok well if your actually still reading this, WOW! I'm totally shocked. I tend to either ramble, or say nothing. So don't be surprised if I do a lot of both while I'm around
