February Goal Met

I met my February goal and passed it by .4 lbs. 261.6 is what I weighed this morning. That makes two months in a row that I have met my goals. I've lost almost 14 lbs. since the second week of January. I am feeling better and have more energy. I noticed a big difference tonight when I was playing volleyball. I was able to move more and got the ball more. I'm not really struggling with any food cravings. I just make sure that I keep nothing bad for me here. I do keep wild blueberries on hand, ALL THE TIME!!! I believe this the key for me. It's my treat everyday. I also believe that they are why I haven't been sick all winter. Tons of antioxidants. I set my new goal for March. I figure I should be able to reach 249 lbs. by then. As I set this goal, I couldn't remember the last time I was this low. I went back on my sparkpeople weight charts and I have never logged a weight under 253. I'm excited but nervous about this. I believe I can do it, I just really want to do it in March. 3 consecutive months of reaching my goal would be wonderful.
I decided it was time to get myself a little gift so...............LOOK WHAT I GOT!!!
I'm pretty excited about it! I didn't get it until after my workout but it is so easy to use and I think it will make me want to make sure that I get my 10,000 steps in. We will see what happens.
So tonight's dinner was Chicken braised in Sweetened Soy Sauce. It was a recipe I found on Sparks. It was pretty good. I just had it on brown rice with a salad.
So here's to another goal......
