What a difference a few hours makes!

I have been down this week about my job despite efforts to have a good attitude. Today, my mind went in another direction. I was in the mirror looking at my hair while I was getting ready for a workout. I have an almost full length mirror in my bathroom. I noticed that I had an hourglass shape as I slipped on my capris and T-shirt. So then started this morning's blog about what I like about my body. After my second workout of the day this evening, I tried the advanced workout instead of doing the modification - trying my first set of tricep dips and push-ups. I was always too scared to do it because I thought I was too heavy to do body weight exercises like this.

The exercise sparked some type of bug in me to clean my apartment, wash clothes and linens, and work on new product recipes. I made a sugar scrub and an exfoliating hand lotion! Feeling thankful....
