I squeaked by barely in my calorie range and was over on fat... the culprits, avocado, cheese, peanuts and a bit of chocolate. But this is still much better than Sun - Tues so I am ok with it.
Got my exercise 30 min walking and the TnT done.
Didn't get to post like I wanted to today
I am very tired, didn't sleep well last night and it's been a long crazy day. I have to get in bed soon.
TOMORROWS GOAL: BE IN THE LOW END OF MY CALORIE RANGE AND IN MY FAT RANGE.
