I squeaked by barely in my calorie range and was over on fat... the culprits, avocado, cheese, peanuts and a bit of chocolate. But this is still much better than Sun - Tues so I am ok with it.

Got my exercise 30 min walking and the TnT done.

Didn't get to post like I wanted to today emoticon

I am very tired, didn't sleep well last night and it's been a long crazy day. I have to get in bed soon.

TOMORROWS GOAL: BE IN THE LOW END OF MY CALORIE RANGE AND IN MY FAT RANGE.

    emoticon . Avocado is a wonderful fat. Maybe swap out the peanuts for another more nutritious nut. Know your red flags and embrace the foods you LOVE because they make you feel sated inside and out!
