Not too much to say started my course on Monday. I also lifted weights yesterday (well just some of my dumbbells but I went and tried to find the max for each exercise on my " York dumbbell course " chart (NO IT ISN"T A COURSE TO MAKE ONE STUPID)) I was suprised how many reps I could do on some. I was also surpised how well I was able to sleep (Doctor bring me the PROPOFOL (sorry)) Crap and here was me worried I wouldn't be ABLE to fall asleep at ALL.
The only trouble was I had to get up at 1:30 and then at 5:11 to go to the bathroom - I didn't think I drank that much water- maybe it had something to do with my exercising. I am still waiting for any sort of muscle soreness. Strange.
