Its a bit over half way thru the month. Here's how my goals are going:
~ Finish Made to Crave book study & blog about it most days
* Still working, been pretty on track
~ Continue with my exercise plan (shoot for 1500 minutes this month!)
* only about 300 mins to go!!
~ Stay within calorie goal most days
* been very low, adding some medium and high calorie days
~ Take a hike for my birthday
* planning this week
~ Complete Winter Wellness Challenge
* tomorrow is the last day for me
~ Read at least 4 books - COMPLETE
~ Daily review Love Habit notes & put into practice
* on track
~ Try a "No Spend" week before vacation - DID 5 OF 7 DAYS (too much other stress)
~ Plan vacation meals in advance (vacation starts Feb 22) - COMPLETE!
~ Register the boys in baseball - COMPLETE!
~ Lose 3 pounds
* no loss so far this month, still persevering though
8 more days to go! UGH!!
