So, I've been re-planning (using the SP goal sheet). I just noticed that for weeks 2,3 & 4 of the 5% Challenge, I have had many LOW calorie days. I think that may be why my weight loss has stalled. A couple of months ago when I started calorie cycling, it helped me lose weight. It seems so strange to me that I have to eat more to lose weight!!
So for this week, week 5, I have a better range of calories done/planned. I will also try to keep it up for the final 3 weeks of the challenge.
It really is important to me to meet my 5% goal. I get so frustrated when I feel like I'm doing all the right things (eating low calorie, exercising a lot, drinking my water, getting rest, eating veggies, ect) and don't see ANY weight loss!!
This week I should be starting my cycle so I understand some of my body's resistance to weight loss. But ...
So, at least I have some motivation & umph to finish up the challenge!
