I'm in a rut HELP!

I've been in a workout rut for an entire week as of tomorrow and my eating and tracking have severely suffered as well. I need help. What is my deal? Where did my motivation go and when is it going to return??? emoticon

    Just keep logging on to SP every day and log what you can. Maybe set up a streak to start - like logging in everyday and entering your sleep. Then the next week add in logging your food intake. The following then add in logging your water. The week after that then start logging your exercise.
These are just a few ideas. But I hope it helps a little.
