Still Need Sleep

I;m making progress everywhere except getting enough sleep. And lack of sleep ruins everything else. emoticon

  Hello , I know exactly what it means not to get enough sleep. I have had a pattern of not getting more than 2-4 hours a night. Once I didn't sleep but 1 hour all night. that was by waking 10 minutes after going to sleep around 2am and not going back to sleep all night and giving up around 6 am.
I started having leg cramps so I put myself on potassium tabs. 99 mg 2 times a day. This did help but not so much for my sleep.
I had a physical and was told I was low in vitamin D . so I got a tablet with calcium/ vitamin D and magnesium. I started sleeping better.
I was told if I increased my magnesium it would help me sleep. Now I sleep all night. maybe only awake 1 time for bathroom break , and right back to sleep. I think the combination tablet helps. it is ( caltrate slow release Calcium, Magnesium, vitamin D) I hope this helps. It is not any pleasure not sleeping.
