I am falling off the path lately. Trying to get back on but I just can't seem to get back. I have been smoking about 2 cigs a day and the past few days only my walk at night. Still tracking everything so I am still eating okay for the most part. I don't feel guilty yet, I understand I will falter at times just wishing I had a partner to do this with locally to kick me in the butt when I am feeling unmotivated. This is not due to a plateau.
Going to Renfest this weekend maybe a change of scenery will get it going again. Also doesn't help that it is warm outside and I do not sweat. Maybe shorter more frequent walks with jogging intervals would help. A half mile walk every hour to hour and a half instead of one to one and half miles every few hours.
Anyone out there with tips for getting remotivated would be appreciated.
I want to be stronger and healthier just having a hard time pushing myself.
