I have a great workout class on Wednesday nights and as I was doing the routine I noticed how much stronger I have gotten. how I can make it all the way through the pilates core part. I might not have the reflection in the mirror that I want, but I see a stronger person looking back than I did six weeks before. when we are having a moment of doubt, just remember where we came from.

I keep training for my 13.1 and doing my strength and in time, my reflection will be something that I will be proud of because I have worked hard to lose every inch. To create each muscle. To be healthier and better.

    Good job. When I'm in the middle of a sweat or to the point of muscle exhaustion I don't see how far I've come until I see that the personal trainer upped the weight or the number of repetitions or the number of sets and then there's that AHA moment. Half marathon - I'm tired just thinking about it - one of my goals is a 5K by July - I haven't done one for several years and am out of the running habit AND....don't want to get on the treadmill...even though I can walk right over to the gym and do it. It's coming. YOU are doing GREAT!
