I have a great workout class on Wednesday nights and as I was doing the routine I noticed how much stronger I have gotten. how I can make it all the way through the pilates core part. I might not have the reflection in the mirror that I want, but I see a stronger person looking back than I did six weeks before. when we are having a moment of doubt, just remember where we came from.
I keep training for my 13.1 and doing my strength and in time, my reflection will be something that I will be proud of because I have worked hard to lose every inch. To create each muscle. To be healthier and better.
