Walking is now a pleasure, as my inner thighs no longer touch! Apparently, all the spinning classes I've been doing has toned up my inner thighs, and now that awful, "flabby" tissue/loose skin that had always rubbed together when I walked, no longer meets!! (It's still there, but not as pronounced).
It kinda caught me by surprise one day. I was walking into Walmart & something just felt different. Couldn't exactly put my finger on it even. I felt a little lighter on my feet. I had just weighed myself that morning, so I knew I hadn't lost any weight. Thought maybe I was walking with my legs pointed out or something. Just couldn't figure out what was different. So I thought maybe it was something with my gait? So I paid particular attention to my legs & how they were moving.
Then I noticed it . . . my upper-most, inner thigh-flab area was not touching anymore (we all know that area, don't we?)! I must have been grinning from ear-to-ear!! You see, I'm still wearing "those" comfortable loose, elastic-waist-type pants, so I've been so used to skin-touching-skin for many, many years.
What a wonderful, fantastic, marvelous, exciting, you-name-it, NSV!!! Really a big one for me! I've always been embarrassed by my big legs & for them to be shrinking down to a more normal size is monumental for me. Talk about incentive . . .
I credit spinning class & the toning it's doing for this NSV. It's a keeper!!!
