I am writing this blog that is about a challenge I am starting as of today.. to write once a week about stress that i am going thru... then to see how I can deminish my stress. ( I TRUELY NEED THIS)
For starters I Must cut down on doing everything like if I am super human.. , at home I started to tell my boys there are chores that they need to do to help mom out.clean their rooms , take out the garbage and anything that is microwave you heat up.. clean dishes you use. take dirty clothes to hamper..that is just to start off.. Daddy has been helping out with the cooking I before going to bed will prepare or season meat and he finishes by cooking it by the time I get home from work.He is great cook with fish and seafood mmmmmm!!!!
The next thing is finding some me time to exercise or meditate.. last night I meditated for 10 mins listening to meditation sounds.. I am aming to do some slow yoga...I just started to listen to lots of musicin my car at work and at home..
This is the big one and hard for me .. at work I am always helping everyone with thier jobs.. to a point that I do it all...need to let them do it themselves and me just monitor them..
Now I have made this list some I started some needs to start with check in next week to see any changes...
