When I saw that my symptoms were not going away on their own, I contacted my doctor, who gave me a prescription. For the past two days, I have been taking the medication and resting. Today I am beginning to improve.

I did spend two days off the tracker.

I am hoping that in another day or so I will be feeling back to normal and can then resume tracking again.

It has been such a long time since I have dealt with this -- and I don't want it to happen again. I have to figure out how to avoid this in the future.

I hope your symptoms are improving and that you feel better. It is hard to be under the weather. I know you will start tracking again when you are well. Take care of yourself.

I'm glad you took this seriously and called that doctor. One day at a time, keep on paying attention, eating healthy, resting enough, and gentle activity... yep, avoiding the dizziness is a good thing! But get this, you've learned that you can deal without excess food! That's HUGE! emoticon emoticon

Sorry to hear of your frustrations. You say you are improving, though, so that is good!
