firstly...as an update to my blog yesterday...thanks for all the girl power :) it ended up being kind of a case of me being a control freak and creating a situation haha...my bf had actually explicitly said that he didn't want me to use my frequent flier points when he first told me about the trip, because i am always planning and he wanted to do something nice for me...however, i kind of took matters into my own hands anyway (thinking that i was making things easier haha!) but it kind of created a situation. apparently he had a plan, so i am just leaving him to it :)
anyway...back to the recap!
breakfast yesterday - egg white omelette with 3 tbsp of crumbled feta, broccolini, green pepper, cherry tomatoes and 3 cups of coffee with sugar free creamer (bleh...i forced this breakfast down. i think i need a serious break from the egg white omelettes haha...not feeling it!)
lunch- fruit and yogurt parfait w/ 100 cal greek ygourt, .5 cup of grapes, .5 cup of pineapple, 1 plum and 2 tbsp of pb2 (this was DELICIOUS and i stepped it up one more level today hahah...i am so excited! this is seriously so filling and great!)
snacks - quest bar, 1 scoop of protein powder with water
dinner - womp wompppp....very poor planning. i forgot to pack dinner, and i had class 5.30-8 right after work. soooo no dinner :(
water - 4 cups...also WOMP WOMP
exercise - geez, another womp womp haha. 7,857 steps, 17 flights of stairs, 519 cals burned
i should be able to take a lunchtime walk AND go to the gym today, so hopefully i can get caught up on my steps!!!! i also have already eaten most of my packed food for the day hahaha....ooops!
