I am having success. The pounds are dropping off, slowly but surely at the rate of about a half pound every two or three days. Iíve not been hungry nor have I really craved anything. The one issue I am having, though, is getting enough iron in my diet. Everything else is pretty much right on target according to my nutrition tracker. It is most likely due to the fact that I havenít really eaten much or any red meat in the last three or four weeks. I have been eating plenty of Iron rich vegetables but as you know the iron you get from vegetable produce is not as readily absorbed into the blood. I think I owe myself a good steak dinner. HmmÖ can I have the baked potato with that?
