Hello Sparkfamily! Here is a healthy dinner idea for you to ponder! Take a look!
1 chicken breast
3 medium sweet apples, halved and cored
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup shredded green salad mix
1 small onion
2 medium whole tomatoes
Steam the chicken breast.
Approximately 10 minutes before serving the chicken, add the apples to the steam.
Serve with all mixed salad vegetables, optionally with a no fat dressing.
Note: the apples are a lovely alternative to potatoes, pasta or rice and are very filling. Enjoy!
