Shout it From the Rooftops!

Thursday, February 20, 2014

Yesterday I was ravenous. DD talked me into Chinese food, something I haven't had since last summer. Extra spicy (she knows my weak spot). I gorged and then felt guilty. Only an apple later that day since I had eaten two meals worth of calories (and fat! oh my goodness the fat!).

This morning I stepped on the scale. 199. WHAT? 199. I finally broke thru the 200's into Onederland. Oh......My......Goodness. 199. I have been looking forward to this day for so long and I am stunned.

Break out the zucchini and tomatoes I'm finally to the shore!
