I've gone back to myfitnesspal for tracking food because I'm just not happy with the SP database. Kind of bummed I spent the 3.99. So it goes. But I need to stay accountable, so I'll still post my food/calories in my blogs.

Overdid the calories, but I stuck to the program - a few too many carbs via veggies/fruit and that cranberry sauce was a moment of weakness...but otherwise I'm very happy with today's food intake. Days at home can be a disaster and both yesterday and today I did great with food.

I know I set a goal for March to start exercising, but I'm starting to feel bad about not doing anything. I have a treadmill at home and a few light dumb bells plus the AmazonPrime yoga and Jillian Michaels videos. Even though I know it would make me feel better...I am having some serious issues getting it going. This is what I do every time - I either do great with food and don't exercise, or I exercise a ton and do nothing with food. I refuse to let that happen this time.

Hope everyone had a good day. I mostly read and knitted, plus did a few chores.

I'm sick so much it's difficult to eat right or exercise right. It's very irritating. I enjoy reading though and really need to get back into that.

How about committing to only 5 minutes a day for the first wee.? That's a walk around the block or just the warmup to any exercise program. Then the second week extend it by a few minutes. Most of the trick, I'm finding, is the same trick as everything else - making it a routine part of your day rather than something you have to "fit in".

Great job on staying in your calorie range. As for using MFP, use what you feel comfortable with and what works best for you. Good luck on the exercise emoticon

We all have lazy days. Sometimes when we just commit to a few minutes, say ten, we end getting a good workout in! Maybe you can try this. anyway, good luck!

We're having a lazy morning - although we're actually planning our next couple of weeks since we need to leave country in about 2 weeks or so.

Think of it as relaxation time!
