Cardio and Lifting

I went from having no workout partners for years to two and a half. LOL

I lift weights with one partner.
Cardio is on tap with the other.
My half is the Mr ... we may or may not do something together on the weekends.

Now that I'm fueling more appropriately my workouts are easier and less devastating to my body. I lift heavy weights and have progressed quickly. The cardio is just fun ... most days. I'm working on body recomp instead of fat loss at the moment.

I'm not tracking food right now but eating as my body dictates. I've also cut back on my water intake to ease the pain of being ice cold most days.

In 13 ... THIRTEEN ... days our 3 month ... THREE MONTH ... house guest gets on a plane. I get my life back, my me time and my workout area. It's been an exhausting, fun, frustrating, not so frustrating and expensive time with her. I would NEVER have asked anyone to stay that long and the Mr now understands why one doesn't extend this type of invitation. *sigh*

    I love my cardio, but there is something very wonderful about lifting! It is great that you have so many workout partners!
