Hello all. Still busy as usual. Still just focusing on eating instead of fitness. I have gotten better. Only had take out a couple times instead of everyday. Which shows in my 2.2lb loss. Technically I only lost .4 lb because of my 1.8 gain over the last 2 weeks but that is better than nothing! With all that is going on in my life I am very surprised its not up.
Short reflection this week as I have tons to do and more just got added :( Have a great night!
