Ok it is that time of year, no not praying for Spring (but I am because I am so sick of all this snow) but time to revisit your New Year's goals or resolutions. Have most of them fallen by the wayside? Do you need a little more 'umph' in your journey to a new YOU?

Well, are you doing anything to help yourself to turn it around? Are you participating in your teams? Are you participating in your teams challenges? I am going to go out on a limb here and say that is a big NO! Why not?

Isn't that why you joined Spark People and your Spark Teams? Didn't you join for support and motivation? What is holding you back?

One of my teams, The Weight Loss Café has 3 different challenges this month
so you can pick and choose or do all 3. My Co-leader, Velvetlady1950, carefully chose the challenges to make them simple enough anyone can do but more importantly these are things we should be doing everyday. Getting back to the basics is the theme of this month's challenges. If you want to succeed on your journey to a new YOU, you should be doing these anyways.

I myself almost didn't join these challenges because I already do these tasks. But you know what, by me joining these challenges accountability comes into play. I have to be accountable for doing these challenges/tasks.

So my team members please join the challenges not for me but for you. For those not on my team please look at your teams challenges and sign up.

I ask a lot of emoticon questions in this blog. But isn't that my job as a Team Leader to give you a little emoticon kick in the butt? Hoping you reflect on the questions and then move in the right direction. emoticon emoticon emoticon
