I DID IT!! I DID IT!!
I lost weight THREE weeks in a row! I lost 2.4 pounds! All of the weight I gained the week I was at Disney & having the mishap with meds, is all but a few ounces gone! In 3 weeks I've lost 6 pounds!
WHAT DID I DO?
The only difference was I watched my sodium levels and stayed within range all but 2 days. Naturally this meant I was tracking my food and staying within my calorie range as well (except those 2 days). The last thing I ate every night for the last 11 days was a Barney smoothie hours before going to bed.
I didn't change my exercise routine or water routine. Yes, the FREGGIE challenged helped tremendously, there's anywhere from 4 to 5 servings in a single smoothie. Meaning I only need a serving for breakfast & lunch and I've hit 7.
Oh, and the even bigger HOORAY -- I'm a POUND from my starting Sparkpeople weight (175.4) back in 2006!
I'm 3.4 pounds from losing 60 pounds (173)!
WOW! What a day!
