Shaking a few things up this week.
I have been doing speed workouts Tuesday mornings & my 3 miles + strength on Wednesday mornings.
The weather was awful Tues. morning so I stayed in bed & did a spin class after work. So, this morning I did my speed workout & plan to do my 3 miles + strength tomorrow morning (if I can get to bed on time), instead of my regular spin class.
Sometimes I forget to change my routine like I know I should every few months. I just get into such habits, and they work for me. So, sometimes, it's nice when little things go "wrong" and force me to mix things up!
