Took a break this week, I decided to forgo standing on the scales today - quite liberating really.
I've been thinking today of asking my Dad if I can borrow his cross-trainer - it's just sitting in his house, and they all go to the gym. It'll probably have to go in our garage, unless I can arrange the lounge or bedroom in a smarter way. I'm just getting a little bored with walking and workout videos.
I've been a bit indulgent at night in regards to food. Only really eating because I want to, not because I need it. I'm going to try not eating after dinner, or at least only eating fruit or vegetables.
