Took a break this week, I decided to forgo standing on the scales today - quite liberating really.

I've been thinking today of asking my Dad if I can borrow his cross-trainer - it's just sitting in his house, and they all go to the gym. It'll probably have to go in our garage, unless I can arrange the lounge or bedroom in a smarter way. I'm just getting a little bored with walking and workout videos.

I've been a bit indulgent at night in regards to food. Only really eating because I want to, not because I need it. I'm going to try not eating after dinner, or at least only eating fruit or vegetables.

    I hope your dad lets you use his cross trainer.
You probly have herd this, but I would not always count on the scale to see improvement, I just learned that recently. Since I am starting out with my journey I have not had time yet to get board with walking and my videos so I can't give advise there. On regards to the food, we are only human and it is ok to make a mistake all that matters is how we handle it and weather we make better choices after the mistakes.
I have been eating only fruits and veggies after dinner if I want something that way I do not feel guilty. I know you can over come it. emoticon emoticon
