Focus T25 Day 29 -
Had to cut my workout short today (down to 15 minutes) because my usually respectful World of Warcraft friends had our raid run a bit late. And by a bit late I mean 40 minutes late I mean we finished at 9:10 and I pooped myself because I still had homework and other school things to concern myself with and I need to be up at 6 tomorrow.

Today, I chose sleep. A good night’s sleep is sometimes just as important as a good workout (not to say mine wasn’t good, just not as long as I wanted).

    Hehe~ Darn those WoW friends! Ruining a perfectly good workout! Don't worry. My T25 workout got interrupted today too. I agree on the sleep. I would take a good nights sleep over a good workout any day since I need sleep to function properly. Tomorrow is another day, after all!
