So much has been going on in so many areas,
it has been difficult to blog. But I tried to make
sure I did it tonight. Still trying to watch what
I eat and get more exercise.
It seems that the most popular exercise
recently in he North East is to :
Shovel snow!! I've been getting my share
of this extravagant exercise lately!!
All in all it has been a good couple of days.
Hoping everyone is on target and getting
their goals accomplished!

    Oh sweetie, I feel your shoveling pain! At least here the sun is out and it's above freezing. BUT tomorrow it's drizzle, rain, freezing drizzle, freezing rain, ice, then snow as the temperature starts to plummet. UGH UGH UGH!

Stay safe. Be sure to warm up before shoveling! That has really hoped me avoid the ache after shoveling! HUGS
