How to have a good day. Tales From 100# Down

I've had a good day. It didn't just "happen". It took some planning, accountability and effort. So what did I do?
LAST NIGHT - I thought ahead and mentally planned my food for the day.
THIS MORNING - I set some goals for the day - specific ones.
ACCOUNTABILITY - I TOLD someone my goals and kept checking my list throughout the day to keep me on task.
EARLY ATTENTION - So often I leave my exercise til the end of the day then I'm too tired or too busy or something. I started whacking away at my cardio early in the morning and just kept at it throughout the day.
MOVEMENT - In addition to my cardio I stood up and did hip flexors, leg lifts, calf raises, modified jumping jacks etc. while watching TV.
FOOD CHOICES - I made BETTER choices and tracked everything.
WATER - I pushed it all day getting twelve 8 ounce glasses down.
REVIEW - I reflected at day's end (this blog) what I did that worked so well so that I can REPEAT it tomorrow.
Going for ANOTHER great day tomorrow!
