30 Minutes is all that I need..

Thirty minutes is all that I need to get fit. I try to make time in everyday to get at least 30 minutes of cardio or weight training per day. It is going really well and I am doing it. It gets hard and sometimes I start late (10 PM) but I manage to get it done. emoticon
