That was another time, another body.
I cannot begin to think of what would happen if I took off full force totally nude!
The momentum of jiggling part may keep me going another 40 ft!
I have made it through more commitment to me. Still eating right and DH thought it odd that I counted my French fries. They were my oils and carbs for the day and made to be in my list of items. Yahoo. I'm really getting this. I can have my infrequent foods in moderation. Maybe I see fries once every 1-2 weeks then none for a month. So if they look just right, really crunchy, I make allowances.
I've learned to have a lower calorie breakfast and lower end lunch in case we do go out for dinner. If we don't then I might have a snack before bed. Most nights no and I'm fine with that.
You won't see much scale activity as I mine is cheap and doesn't stay true. So maybe I lost another pound or two, maybe I didn't. I'll worry about that when I go for a checkup. I like a big picture, not a day to day weight like some of you do.
