I went with the old tried and true method of weight loss this challenge: "Eat Less; Move Around More" and did neither.
I started out really well, then Winter & Life hit.... I allowed myself to keep telling myself "I'll do it tomorrow" or "I'll do extra tomorrow" ; allowing myself to fall right back into my old LAZY habits. But I do not consider myself a failure; I will take this as a life lesson and get back on track; Strive to get better. I have done so great so far - lost 55 lbs (gained back 10 of the 65 I had lost since starting this journey).
This is a journey and each event/struggle helps shape us to make the necessary changes we want; You do have to want and I just didn't this challenge but as I quote often
"This Too Shall Pass"!
